Hey guys i never got a reply for the CSE i sent with updated reference letter it has been over a 18 days now . i thought they were going to reply in 10 or less business days ? what do you think i should do ?

could it be possible that they never got my CSE with DOCs ? i do want to send another one but at the same time i don't wanna spam them with my CSE's what you guys think

Just send another and apologise but say after 10 business days you haven't got a response. You'll only be spamming them if you send 1 a day.

medicals has passed i got an email from cic that they require RCMP as an additional document and when i went into my account there is a place for me to upload the RCMP record letter but my question is since they haven't replied that they have got my CSE (Refrence letter ) can i upload that reference letter along with the RCMP report or not ? i mean that is going to the same place right? please help seniors it is urgent

Hi canada19881,

I think you should not worry about the CSE you sent them already. I got a reply for the CSE I sent on 6th of Feb on 3rd March saying that they added the documents to my file. It will be added to your file. Good luck

Are you 6 months past AOR? My experience with CSE is that they do not reply for non critical issues or updates. I had sent three CSE between AOR and PPR and received a reply to only one (confirmation of reception of police certificate). But I found later than the other two (which were documents updates) were actually received (and my files updated in the application) without them replying to me
