I never got my physical letter or package... only email. Is this common and should I ask or simply read the pdf?

If you want a physical copy of the study book, it may be possibly to request it, or borrow one from your local library.

Not entirely true.... I believe Ottawa's office have a very highly trained carrier pigeons fleet that will deliver my oath invite anytime soon. As instructed, I place a bowl of seeds on my porch and pray they don't get lost or hunted!

Luckily its not the problem of pigeons(animals will tell upfront that they can be trusted or they cant be if not trained), its the officers who is yet to give the letter to the pigeons since officer is on extended extended leave and now using afgan excuse even though the officer is not going to hand them PR in one day, as if all officers of ircc is required to work on afgan files.

Not an excuse at all... Everyone at ircc has been giving everything they can to help citizens and friends on this front.
