"Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) will send you a letter requesting a police certificate after you submit your application for permanent residence. You must submit this letter to the Dutch authorities when you apply for a police certificate."

What if we already have Netherland PCC (VOG). Can I submit the PCC upfront, or should I wait for IRCC to issue a request and then send the PCC? Thanks

Hello,
Do i need to put in the BSN number in the form. I do not remember it, will leaving out the BSN number result in a longer processing time?

If the police certificate requires the BSN, then include that. Every country is different but in my country I had to include my national ID number and my passport number.

Make sure your police certificate is official and has been translated to English by an authorized translator.
For the police certificate, they asked me to translate and provide an affidavit from the translator, so you might want to get that as well to be on the safer side.

"Police Certificates : Please ensure that documents which are not English or French are accompanied by a translation and affidavit from the translator. "

I'd also suggest you send this when you send your application, so that they don't have to request one. It will make your process moves faster.
