My aunty (my mom's sister) and her son lives and works in Canada and are Canadian citizens. Is it possible for them to sponsor me and my wife to move there or not possible? My cousin (her son) says it's not possible to do a niece/nephew sponsorship anymore. He was able to move to canada because his mom sponsored him.

Your cousin is correct his mother was able to sponsor him because he was her son.You can not be sponsored by your aunt.
