ESL for provisional admission -- Spouse allow to work?

I have applied provisional admission for Bachelor in kinesiology. so i have to study 12 weeks English language Bridge course. During English language study can my spouse allowed to work? i am waiting for information please.Good luck all Nepali students in Canda
