Nepal PCC For father

Hello Guys

I applied online for Nepal Pcc and got rejected because the documents are not clear, but when I look at it it's clear. This is for my father who worked in Nepal from 1900 to 1998. He got documents of only work .

I have to submit pcc next month. I am jot sure what to do now. Anyone here please suggest me.

It doesn't take much time for getting PCC from Nepal.
