Nees Help: Which province to best apply for PNP?

Me and my wife are planning to apply under PNP program. I need guidance as to which province has the easiest process and where to find employers that can offer as a permanent job. Any help would be appreciated.

It's difficult to find employers if you are not in Canada, It also depends on your profession.

Saskatchewan was best couple of months ago but its really tough now because they changed their immigration policies on may 1, 2012.
