Needs help with random questions to submit the prepared application

1) Should I make the payment after I submit the citizenship application or before. I’ll send the application hopefully tomorrow. Can I make the payment online, is it required any application reference number to make the payment as I won’t be getting any reference number on paper based application?

2) I got followed documents, am I missing anything here ?

1) physical presence calculator form

2) photo copy of page and last page of my password(does I need copy of visa stamps as well)

3) Copy of ilets test

4) photo copy of driving licence

5) two photos

3) Does I needs to make any cover letter or checklist to submit the application along with above documents

1- You need to make the payment before you apply. When you pay the payment site will let you print a proof of payment, which you must include with your application.

2+3- There is a checklist. You must include the checklist and the documents that are required for your application.

Check the guide (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/guide-0002-application-canadian-citizenship-under-subsection-5-1-adults-18-years-older.html) to make sure you have filled out the form as expected, and that you have gathered all the documents that are necessary. The questions you are asking here are answered in the guide.

Your list is missing the application form itself (make sure it's signed and dated. Make sure the date is correct, at least one day after the day you were in Canada for 1095 days, and not in the future.)

You only need to provide photos of the biographical pages of your passport. If IRCC wants more they'll ask for it. If your passports were not valid continuously you'll need to provide a letter explaining why.

You must make sure your photos meet the requirements (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/application-forms-guides/citizenship-application-photograph-specifications.html). As mentioned, you must include proof of payment.
