Hi guys..im a foreign worker but already applied for my pr and im eondering if inam eligible to apply for a mortgagevand which bank approves mortgage for foreign worker...i havevenough downpsyment already..

Talk to your bank and if they wont do it, try a mortgage broker. You can also talk to a real estate agent and they can hook you up with some mortgage brokers. However, I have heard that a foreign worker needs to have 25% down while a PR can get away with much less. You might be better off waiting until you have your PR.
