Hello, I am looking to apply under University Category .. I want to know whether taking Education loan is MANDATORY or we can apply even without taking loan.... if we can show white money..genuine... ???? according to the new rules...

if uni is in SPP list then loan is not mndtry.. u can pay 1 year fees and scotiabank GIC.. thts it
