need your suggestions!!

I did my citizenship test In Feb, but until now I haven't received the oath letter. I have tried to call center services, but I don't get the access!!

So what else should I do since it's almost 7months without getting my citizenship result?

if you are so eager to know the result, i wouldn't even call the call center. i will just pay a visit to CIC office where you took your citizenship test.

oh yeah? I thought that we're not allowed to go there in person? is it possible now that we can go to the office to ask questions? I took my test in down town!!

I think you need to make an appointment or something but i could be wrong.
i'm sure some one more experienced might be able to answer that question.
