I'm on a Young Proffessional Canada Program now. My question to you - what might happen to my visa if I do not appear on the job under the contract, and I will live and work in a totally different city?

Normally nothing happens, but for some reason if you mentioned your job or work location in any of the govt form than you might get in the catch and can trouble u.

Wrong. Young Professionals are issued a closed work permit employer specific. If s/he works for someone else, that is illegal and s/he can be removed from Canada.
