NEED YOUR ADVICE REGARDING TOTAL TIME OF WORK EXPERIENCE

Hello guys. I need major advice here.

I am currently in the pool with a score of 411. However, in the EE profile I only inputted my work experience form my primary NOC, since its continuous full time work for more than 1 year. I’ve recently been hearing that part-time experience, even under secondary NOC and even when it has not been a full year of full time experience, also counts toward the total time of experience. I would like to know if that is true, hopefully some of you can assess me based on personal experience. If that is the case, my score can boost to 439 and even 441 after my husband’s Master's WES assessment in the coming days. Also, can I claim experience for multiple NOCs if I was working them at the same time (this was beyond the 1-year minimum of primary NOC).

Please see image on the link below.

Thank you so much.

I won't look at the link you provided but I will answer your question regarding claiming points with different NOC's

Yes, after meeting the requirement of 1 year of continuous work experience in your primary NOC you can add all the other work experience in other NOCs to claim points for X years of work experience.

Thank you. This is great to know. I'm sorry that you don't trust my link lol. I can promise its not a virus.

My other question is: will multiple experience under different NOCs be counted? meaning: I worked part time in two different NOCs at the same time. does it count as full time?

If the weekly hours sum up to 30 hours per week then yes, that adds up to full-time work experience.
Senior member Mavrick has told me to consult with you my situation. Since the system might detect my 3 years experience as early as Dec 1st. What do you recommend? That if I get ITA in Dec, I should reject? other ideas?

Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me.

If you get an ITA you should only submit your eAPR once you have achieved X years of work experience that you're claiming to have.

Thank you for that advice. By looking at the image of the spreadsheet, can you say that I will have the 3 years by Dec 31st? should I wait a couple more weeks past that date so that its not so tight?

Thank you again.

The issue

The situation here is that Mavrick and I are not sure how they exactly calculate the part-time work experience.
