Need your advice! delay 2 semester after receiving VISA and SP

Dear all,

Please give some advice about my situation. I applied visa (TRV) and SP for Fall 2015 in Montreal and got them in August 2015. But I had to delay because some personal reasons. I postponed my application to Summer semester. Then, I submitted to get the new CAQ for Summer. Now I am preparing to go to Montreal to enroll Summer semester (in the same University and the same study level - Phd). So, I wonder if I have to re-apply Study Permit or not?

If any body have experience about that, please give some advice or quote any official document from CIC related to this situation.

I searched on the forum and found some the same cases, but, they no longer stay on this forum. And I can not find the final answer for this situation.
I am waiting for new CAQ. So, I have plan to go in April 2016 and all advise would be appreciated.
