You're right that they ask for the information: Were you employed? Did you go to school?
But they don't ask for documentation.

Also, I would recommend that people who are stay-at-home parents or homemakers be sure to list themselves as such rather than "unemployed".

Hi eileenf,

How do you explain the statement under question 6F "if you answered yes, you must provide photocopies of your work/and or education records"?

I am not sure how this was referred to in the guide though!

Ah! Excuse me, chakrab and wadelmaki! I apologize for the mistake.

If one is employed outside the home, one needs to provide photocopies. But, for stay at home parents or housewives, this is not applicable.
