need urgent information

Hi all
Can anybody help me out.
I applied for a visitir visa to attend a maariage ceremony and i got a visa Alhamdulillahl. And visited canada for 2 weeks and came back to my origin.
My visa is still valid for around 6 to 7 months.

My question is i can apply for visa again if i have a valid visa.
Before they gave me one year visa. Can they extend my visa duration?
Need suggestion should i visit once more than come back and apply again for visa before getting it expire??

I hope you got my point what i meant.

I went to the cic website to the extension section and it looks as though you can - it is in the drop down menu. (please anyone correct me if I am wrong)

Why you would wanted to apply for a new visa? You said you still hada valid visa, right? I do not think the CIC would extend and/or give you a new visa on a top to your unexpired visa yet.
