NEED URGENT HLP FROM SENIOR MEMBERS!!

ya but i was a student and was studying but the only problem is i didnot receive the visa.. as i have explained earlier. ya so going by what UKBA told me i was ordered to leave..and i ticked yes to 6 e..thats my mistake i admit it..but now should i write a cover letter explaining everything along with an updatd imm5669?

I'll have to leave that decision up to you however, it would seem from what you said that any officer looking at your application will see that you have stated you were a student up until you left the UK but at the same time you were asked to leave the UK. They officer processing your application may very well want to know why you were asked to leave which would of course highlight that you were not entirely truthful in your application as you did not have a valid student visa.
Ultimately the decision about whether to inform CIC of your oversight is up to you and nobody can really tell you what to do here.

i think i decided going with informing cic..as far as my research not a single person got away with lying when it comes to cic. and the idea of sitting and praying and waiting for everything to go in my favor is killing me. hope cic wont mind thanku
