Sister i didnt get it just help me should i make a seperate applications for my minors as well ?

Each person must complete and sign the Application for Temporary Resident Visa (IMM 5257), as well as any other forms needed.

This means that you will have to fill out IMM 5257 for yourself, your wife and your kids.

Each applicant aged 18 or over must also complete the Family Information form (IMM 5645).

For this form, only you and your wife will fill it out since your kids aged below 18 years old.

You can submit all family member applications in the same envelope with one payment receipt for the total fee for all of your applications.

Once you have all your forms filled out, submit all of these together with supporting documents TOGETHER in the same envelope.

Are you applying online? Is it submitted?

If you have not submitted yet. you can change the answers to the questionnaire and include that you are bringing your kids. If not, you have to apply separately.
