Need urgent help

Hi All,

I landed in Canada on 17th of September and had to leave without my PR card. Later on I came to know that my photo mismatches and they want me to come personally to get the new photo. They gave 6 months time period which has also expired and now they want that given me ultimatinum to get the new photos done in 2 weeks, which I will not be able to do. Does that mean that my PR card application is abandoned or I lose my PR status and what is the way put for me... Any help would be really appreciated..

No, it just means that when you get back to Canada, you will have to apply for a new PR card from scratch. If you are from a non visa exempt country, you will probably have to obtain a travel document to return to Canada.
