need urgent help !

1. 10th from icse board with 80% marks.
2. +2 from Punjab state education board in commerce stream with 65% marks but i was a open school student under recognized P.S.E.B.
3. scored 7 bands in ielts

so i Want to know that will my +2 qualification lead to refusal ?

What program are you planning to apply. Plus there are many other things that determine your visa approval/ rejection.
