filled my study visa application online from India on 12 may 2014 . from day one to today it's status is same open nothing else did not received any med.cal also nor pp req. nor rejection and approval .mail them so many times no response .

It depends when your course starts. When you get closer to your course date then they will work on it. As I faced such a situation once.

Bro, I don't know about online visa fileing but i can say that they taken too much time for your application..does they need any addtional document check your inbox or try to call or email to delhi office with file no.
