His official working hours were 45 hours/week ( full time ) and in his position as a "Network Engineer ", his main responsibilities and duties were include :-
Ø To act as a main interface with our service partners on support issues, ensuring that incidents which need to be passed to them for resolution are done so professionally with a view to rapid response in accordance with agreed SLAs and to project manage the same to successful resolution.
Ø Participated in Network Migrations from One Provider to the other for different Accounts.
Ø Coordinates testing and/or hardware replacement with vendors, Field Services and
Carriers towards problem resolution.
Ø Address and correct all network events/issues /tickets referred to the group in an effective and timely manner by utilizing the appropriate internal and external resources.
Ø Remote Monitoring & troubleshooting of MPLS-LL, and IMPLS Circuits, Complaints on circuit like Flapping, High Latency, packet drops on Links.
Ø Effectively schedule, assign and prioritize tasks to ensure proper Global Network
Control coverage.
In addition to this ,His last annual income with ABC was X.x.x Lac INR annually (during the fiscal 2013/14)
This certificate is being issued upon his request for the purpose of applying for a VISA and in no way imparts any liability to the company.
