Yes - you can certainly apply for a UK visa. You will have to declare your Canadian refusals.

You can apply now as well... But due to rush of sept intake it may cause a delay.. So just apply in Sept for ur visa..

Yeah m now just preparing my education loan papers , property valuation and affidavit from my father .. Now I m applying for sept intake under non spp category ..hope so this time they will give me visa just praying for gud to happen
