Need urgent help, Spouse openwork permit is refused

Hi,

I have a closed work permit with NOC code 2171. My wife applied for spousal open work permit and got refused with the below reason:

1. You have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requirements of a work permit pursuant to section 205(C)(ii) of the regulations

This is the only reason they have mentioned in the letter.

We had a very strong documentation. Don't know where was the mistake. can some one please help me to get over this situation?

What kind of documentation did you include from your employer?

It was a letter from my employer having info. about: when did i join here, what is the salary, which NOC code, title of position, full time, 40 hours and duties.
And my pay stubs and bank statement.
