Need urgent help Regards gic payment.

Dear Seniors,
I paid Gic amount through State bank of india.According to the gic instruction informed me to pay 10200 cad.My state bank of india said there is a service charge.So finally the bank took 10210 cad from my account and paid on 17-06-2019.Now i got an information that transaction is rejected.So how can i solve this issue.
If bank add the rest amount to the amount which i paid it will accept?What is the procedures to be done.

Go to the bank they know what to do . I had my gic rejected twice because of my name error .
Before sending gic check all the details and match them with your passport .
Some charges are deducted from the bank side and send it again with the + amount .
Gic you will receive will be 10200 exact . ₹10- 15 are bank transition charges .
