NEED URGENT HELP REGARDING EXPRESS ENTRY ONLINE APPLICATION

Hello people,

Need your help/advice/suggestion.

Received an ITA under express entry program now an error message appearing at the time of submitting the online application in my Express Entry Account.

Now an error message continuously appearing every time since I have received the ITA.


start by clicking 'Continue Application' in my EE account.
Clicking 'Next' after answering the first question
Error Message - Online services down


This is appearing every time I logged in even from -
- different web browsers e.g. Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox
- with full Internet connectivity
- on different computers n Laptops

This is making the situation highly worrisome as I am left with only 23 days to submit the application but not able to do it due to this problem.

I have already reported the message on Link 'Report a technical issue' in my CIC account page long back but did not receive any reply for solution.

CIC Customer care has confirmed the website is not down but still this system error message is appearing since last 20-25 days.

Request your earliest support.

If you are from india then I would like to share that the online services are acting weird i have filled out the personal history page many times trying to start from most recent to 2004 and its still saying proceesing . I am trying to save my profile and it wont save either it says last saved dec14 but i save it almost every day

I have been trying since month now but unable to progress beyond the continue application. When I press continue,I get an error message saying that online system is down. Now only 22 days are left. I am ready with all the documents.

I need to confirm is there any option for deleting the old profile and creating the new profile with existing ITA which is being received from CIC.
