In ur post u wrote that u got ur Medical today nd at the same time,u mentioned ur husband as a Princpal Applicant.Can u please clarify the contradiction ?
Assuming ur husband to be the principal applicant nd u being the accompanying dependant,MR letter ought to have been addressed to ur husband with instructions required to be complied with.I am sure,the MR letter must have enunciated the docs/papers which are to be sent after undergoing Medicals.In absence of his PPT,I am afraid, ur file may not be processed nd thereby delaying the finalisation of the case.
Trust, this sjould suffice.

According to DMPH Section 11.2 (Verifying the Identity of Individuals Presenting for an IME) :nikkuus said:
The integrity of the IME process requires that the individual who undergoes the IME is the same individual who is the actual applicant for immigration. Attempts involving applicant substitution are infrequent but they do occur. DMPs must ensure that processes are in place to verify the identity of the applicant at the time of the IME and when clinical, radiological and laboratory investigations are undertaken.
The DMP must confirm the identity of the applicant using a government-issued photo-identity document such as a passport or national identity card. When a passport is not available, only an original national identity document incorporating a photograph, full name, date of birth and signature can be substituted. The national identity card should have been issued within the last 10 years. Photocopies (certified or not certified) of passports or national identity documents are not acceptable.
Your DMP office clerks may not have to agree without PPs.It would be better to have the copies of DMPH Section11.2 with you to present at the time of medical or you can call your DMP to discuss ,prior to exam.You can explain your situation to your VO as well.Good Luck

DMP stands for "DESIGNATED MEDICAL PRACTITIONER". There must be one authorised for the said purpose in Dubai.U can find it from CIC'S web sight.
If ur husband had informed VO about his present status,he can get his medicals done in Dubai ITSELF.
