Need Urgent Help please seniors!!!

Please help me, I recieved an email today:

Dear Applicant,

This refers to your recent message.
Please be advised that, to continue processing this application, we require the following:
- Processing fees for your spouse and child ($550CAD per person). Please consult our website for further information.

Please comply within 30 days.

I am CONFUSED..
I submitted my medical last Aug 20, 2012 and ECas line "MEdical Recieved " last Sept 2, 2012..
PCC and RPRF were also submitted last Aug 28, 2012..and bank draft was encashed last sept 27, 2012..

Why do I need to pay for Processing fees as i alraedy paid in my initial application???
Please help me...i dont understand..Do I really need to pay another 550CAD for my spouse and child??

send them an urgent email saying that u already paid fees for your dependents

I just sent them a case specific inquiry stating that I already paid 1250CAD for the processing fees of our application..550CAD for me as principal applicant, 550CAD for my spouse and 150CAD for my son who is 5 months old on my initial application ...

I was excited when i saw the email from them thinking that it was my PRR and I am super confused after reading their entire email....

I hope that this is only an honest mistake from them...
