need urgent help - fswp 2014

Hi all,

I am a new bee on this forum. I needed some urgent advice.

I had applied last month for fswp 2014 and still have not heard from cic. I showed my brothers relationship to get adaptability points , i think it would be 5 points. He is gettung divorced now and does not want me to use his reference in my application including his documents. I dont have any reference number from cic yet.
How should i notify cic that my situation has changed and that they should evalute my application without adaptibility. Or do i have to apply again ?

Can someone pleasèeeeeeeeè guide me ?

so it seems like he was on partner/spouse visa? i think you dont have to do anything for now in other words you cant do anything so its not your fault in this way, only when you get ref no then you will be able to communicate with your case worker, until then they wont held you responsible for not notifying them.

If approved and i tell them about this. Do you know if application will be re-assessed? Or i have to re-apply?

it clearly says on instruction that if anything change during your application process, just let caseworker know. you dont have to apply whole application again. I assume you still meet 67 points after deducting 5 points of adoptability. if not then obviously your file will be rejected. under which NOC did you apply?

My points should meet even without relationship adaptibility.
I have applied under noc 2172.
