need urgent help. CEC. my complecated case

Hi there,
My name is bunny , currently working in canada on my post graduate workpermit. Aftet study I continue my subway restaurant job. Gradually promoted to supervisor with $13 pay. My boss like my work and promoted to assistant manager. But with same pay $13. I am soon applying under cec. So my question is:

1 ) is it going to create problem for me if I am applying as assistant manager with this $13 pay? I mean are they going to argue why you have same pay or something like that?
Please help me.

Salary is not required under CEC as long as it is reasonable.

Are you working in Subway fast food? if so, my concern is if your actual job duties will be consistent with the food restaurant manager NOC descriptions.

Agreed. I think the main concern is that your new role as a manager will still be viewed as a supervisor job by CIC and therefore not eligible for CEC.

Just curious to know why he still be considered as supervisor, If he gets a Job letter saying Manager ?

It will all depend on the description in his letter whether it actually conforms to the manager duties of that NOC code. As supervior is no longer eligible, my understanding is that the duties between supervisor and assistant manager might overlap and cross. we are trying to remind him of being careful and clear in his job letter and do not raise concern by the VO.

Its very hard to live alone and take such decision. While applying in cec they wants all work history. So I also have to mention my supervisor work experience. I heared we have to submit t4 while applying. Are they gonna check or find how much this guy get paid while he was supervisor etc??
I dont know what to do ? Should I apply or not? I have limited time work permit so if I get rejection in cec , I will have nothing. I mean no p.r. help me guys. God bless you all

Was the promotion from supervisor to assistant manager a title change only? Or did you take on several new responsibilities when you became an assistant manager?

Buddy , You should be ok as long as you get a perfect Job letter from your employer

Don't think about if and but.......

Go to a Immigration lawyer if you are worried about the process. Since you have little time start as early as possible

I have a question for you, have you worked as assistant manager for a year already? I agreed with Scylla's question if it is essentially change of title only or you do have additional responsibilities or all responsibilities conforming to manager NOC?

@SCYLLA : Yaa. From supervisor to assistant manager I have added more duties in my work. Morover, if sometimes manager is ill or not present I do almost all paper work like inventry , delivery etc. My boss is happy with my work and he is ready to write any duties for me. So from employer side no issue. Only trouble is CEC thinking or doubt in my case.

That is good that 1) you are nearly working as manager for one year, just be sure your letter is dated after one year experience is reached, safely, give 1or 2 weeks buffer time; 2) your boss is very cooperative and willing to put the duties you preferred, so I would suggest you read the manager duties of that code in connection with your actual daily activities and draft by yourself and let your boss approve it. The reason is again that as the supervisor is NOT eligible anymore, so you need to make sure to eliminate all concerns from VO. But you also need to ensure not to fiction your duties, they must be legit, as sometimes, though rarely, the cic would call your employer to verify.

Finally, I would not worry about the pay too much as long as it is reasonable.

And this ielts. My god really headkkk..
For this post, need 6 band each. I already gave 1 time and got the score 6, 6, 6.5, 5.5 only for 0.5 I miss the target. How sad it is. I dont know why they stick with their 6 band each requirments. I mean I came as student and know enough english to live in canada.
