Embassy Email is here:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to
continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

 Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six
months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate for
yourself and each family member over the age of 18. This must be received at this office
by: 2017/11/16
 Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form
(IMM 5669) bearing an original signature for yourself and each family member over the
age of 18. This must be received at this office by: 2017/11/16

Sometimes they ask for new police certificates. This is normal. You need to show your letter to the police station and tell them that the embassy requires you to submit a newer and more recent police check. You need to submit the ORIGINAL police certificate, NOT a photocopy. If you lived in other cities in the past for longer than 6 months, then you need to get a clearance from those cities, too, and submit the original copies. If you lived outside of Pakistan, you need to contact the authority overseas where you lived and ask them for a police clearance certificate.

The Schedule A is very important and make sure you fill it correctly. There should be no gaps between the dates that you put on there when you mention your activities over the past years, and make sure you answer everything carefully. Keep a photocopy of the form for yourself so you remember how you answered the questions.

This link will take you to the Pakistanis on this forum: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/spousal-sponsorship-pakistan-london-visa-office.203899/page-2235

You can ask more questions there.
