YOu can create an account for personal or business, you can go to http://www.fedex.com/us/service-guide/new-customer/index.html create an account, select origination and destiantion, weight, and pay for the shipping fee and then print the prepaid stamp(label), you can then mail this label to the VO so they can stick this to their envelope and when it is ready they can call Fedex for pickup.
