Need Travel Document to return back to Canada.

Please..someone shred me some light.

I have landed and became PR on May 28th, 2014. The problem is my PR card contains incorrect information so I got my COPR amended and received Status Verification from CIC on Aug 13th.
I immediately submitted my 'reissue PR card application' to CIC under urgent case because I will be travelling outside of Canada this Xmas for 2 weeks on vacation and also to attend my wedding ceremony. My fiancé is Canadian citizen.

It has been 7 weeks since I sent my app. I neither receive nor see my PR card status on CIC website. I pray and pray to get it before I leave.

Worst case scenario, if I don't have it before I leave I need to apply for travel document at visa office in the country I will be, correct? Do I meet the PR obligation criteria because I just got a PR not long ago? I have been living in Canada for 5 years under temp worker only went back to my home country twice. Each time about 2 weeks.

Is it possible the visa office will refuse my travel document application? I'm so worried that they won't let me come back to Canada. I need to come back because I need to continue my employment here.

Yes, you would need to apply for a PRTD in the country you are in. Processing times vary from country to country; some are as low as a week and some are a month or longer.

You have plenty of time in which to meet the Residency Obligation, so they will not refuse your PRTD app.
