Need Travel Document No Referrnces

Hello I am an accepted refugee

I need to apply for a travel document

Problem is I don’t know anyone that fits the criteria for references or guarantor

I think also the In Lieu of Guarantor form may need more references from what I gather

Any help?

Search for A Notary Public who does the LOG. Pay him 50/60 Dollar.
That easy.

A reference can be a friend , your landlord , Lawyer.Anyone who’s knows you, and can vouch that they know you .

Today after 2 months of waiting received my rejected application back stating that : THE GUARANTOR IS NOT ADMISSIBLE.
My neighbor was my Guarantor (Canadian citizen)
Please help me to understand Guarantor should be someone in the list they have shared or it could be anyone ?
What if i am unable to get any one from the list ? Please need your valuable advise.

• professional engineer (P. Eng. or Ing. in Quebec)
• senior administrator in a community college (in Quebec, a CEGEP)

The list includes police officers as well, is it possible if i go to police station and ask them to be my Guarantor ?
