The first photos my name wasn’t signed on back . The second photo they said It got rejected due to a shadow. The agent said I can send in new photos and I don’t need to have the guarantor sign them

Has anyone experienced rejected passport photos ? This is my second rejection due to the photos . ATP I’m frustrated not only waiting on the documents but the fact that I have to spend additional monies to retake photos and to mail out the documents. I feel like the Canadian passport is way...
