Polash,

You have got inactive tuberculosis, but medical surveillance required for you whenever you are in Canada. You are eligible to be entered Canada.

Can you update your timeline?

I applied on May 06, 2013 CPC-Ottawa;
Approved on June 17, 2013 by CPC-Ottawa;
Singapore received on June 24, 2013.
August 02, 2013 asked additional documents like CSQ and
Singapore received documents on September 2013

Till then no update in Ecas its Application received

I think they will ask you to take medical examination again. As shown on the GCMS, the deadline for processing your application is in June, 2014. This is just my opinion!
