Hi,

I and my wife currently has valid work permit and valid visa to Canada. I submitted my express entry application including hers last month.
My wife went to visit India for a month. On the way she missed on connecting flight and had to stay London for a day. She got visa stamp for one day.
My question is, do I need to upload new passport scan after she comes back or is it ok because this happened after we submitted the file?

No need once e-APR submitted.

But one of the page says that if I want to update Travel History then I can use a IRCC Web Form to update it.

Yes, but that is for something that you missed to inform them while/before you submitted your e-APR. That is called CSE (Case Specific Enquiry). And this is not just for Travel history. Also It's Travel history not future travels.
It's not for something that happened post application, unless things like you have a new family member (birth of a child) or passport renewed, etc.
