Need to include my son ?

Hi,
Our son was born last month in the US, so he is a US citizen.
We meanwhile recieved the Visa for Immigration for myself and my wife and my son was not included back then.
Question is can we travel with him on visit visa while myself and my wife on immigration visa to Canada? would there be any issues?

When _exactly_ did you get immigration visa? Have you already landed? Did you notify CIC of the birth of your son? All very important questions and we cannot give you any advice if we do not know the answers.

We recieved the Immigration visa in the same month he was born - Sep 10. We are yet to go to Canada.

Read the information that came with your visa. It probably says that if your family composition changes, you must inform the visa office. So you better inform them, as the child will have to be added to the application and medically examined.
