Hi guys,
my employer is willing to help me with the whole LMIA process, he has hired a lot of foreign workers before.

These are my job duties, i have studied marketing in college so they can be "flexible" while applying since my employer has no problem.

it would be better if it increases my chances

I fall under the CEC category, i can make some minor changes to my duties if they fit better NOC code which has more chances of getting LMIA, i was hired as admin assistant initally.

please suggest me the best fitting NOC Code, and any tips to succeed on LMIA Application.

1. Checking product costs/prices and revising when necessary.

2. Putting new prices on products.

3. Designing and distributing sales material [ Flyers, Catalogs, Ads etc. ]

4. Providing product information to sales team.

5. Talking to suppliers to ensure best cost for products.

6. Negotiating with freight providers for best rates.

7. Maintaining company’s iPad app for sales persons.

8. Naming new products.

9. Checking on orders to ensure profitability.

10. Distributing flyers and other media to customers to attract more business.

Thank you for your reply,
my wage is 16$/hr
do you think the first one makes more sense, with my studies?

More of the duties you list align with the 2nd one.

So I'd say it's matter of looking how you can revise the job description to best fit one or the other. Your degree really isn't that important in this case. I'd show these two to your boss and see which s/he is better able to support.

Is there any NOC code than can fit loosely around my duties and makes sense for a wage of $16/hr.
because i have heard it is impossible to get LMIA without meeting median wage
