Need to figure out what to write and what not to write in the study plan.

Hi, so I'm required to submit a study plan for a postgraduate diploma(in computer programming and analysis). I want to know that can I write I want to settle in Canada permanently? Also, what would be a good excuse for not applying for the same program in your own country?

Hi, thanks for the video it was helpful but since I am doing a 3-year diploma I want to say I'll further apply for a university degree. However, the video suggests telling the officer that I'll leave as soon my diploma finishes. What should I do?
