Need to check if Canadian Immigration office have received my application

Hello All,

I have sent my application on March 8th 2010 to canadian immigration office through USPS. When I tracked the package, the USPS customer service mentioned that the package cleared customs in canada on March 10th 2010, beyond that they are unable to give me the delivery information. I am unable to contact the canadian immigration customer service, since they accept calls only from Canada. I am right now in US. Please let me know if anyone had faced this kind of problem and what would me my next step. Do I need to recreate another new application and send them?. I have taken a copy of all the documents when I sent it before. I am planning to write a letter to them enquiring for the status. Is there any other alternative steps?.

You can use the UPS tracking number on your laptop and you will see when it was delivered and who signed for it.

Have you tried to ask USPS? Sydney office will get back to you within 2-3 months and in this case, its normal as you have passed 30 days only. In other hand, you must know the status of your delivery that what date it was actually delivered at Sydney office. Only USPS can reply you in this regard. Its wired, from 10 march till now, they should deliver the packet to Sydney office and if they have delivered, than online tracking should confirm you.
