Hi, every one.
I have already hold a work permit. I hope to change it.
Need I apply a new work permit if I change a job?
The new employer is different from the old one. Thanks a lot.

Hi.
Please give a little more details about the type of work permit and the category of worker(skilled worker, e.t.c)
Does the work permit you currently hold have your employer's name on it?

If you have a closed work permit. (The name of your old employer is written on the work permit.)
Your new employer needs to have a positive LMO for the position they are hiring you for,
so you can apply for a new work permit.
This is the link you need to get a new one:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/extend-worker.asp

On the other hand if you have an open work permit you can work for any employer,
following the conditions for where you can work that is written on the owp.
And you don't have to get a new permit.
