Need Suggetion on my profile please

hi guys.
my profile as follows.
10th 68% in 2005
12th 56% in 2007 (science)
b.tech 68% in 2011 (electrical engineering)
since 2011 i have been working in my electrical field so i have 4 and above years of exp.
i have taken IELTS on 19 march and got overall 6 bands.
I want to do post graduation diploma in my relavent field like electrical but there is no any college witch offer pg diploma in electrical.
my consultancy suggest me project management 1 years course.
should i go with this please suggest me.
also i have 5 yeass of educational gap.. is it problem for me for getting visa?

Hi! I am no expert but as far as the trend goes, a lot of engineers in my city are also opting for a course in project management. Also you can always refer the course module on respective college/uni website

but im already let to apply in university for masters..so im searching for PG courses related to my filed..so please suggest me.
