Need suggestions!Offer Letter of Employment!!

Hi all,
Need your advice.I have joined Company ‘A’ in India and got the Offer Letter of Employment from this Company ‘A’.
However, after few months, my Company ‘A’ was taken over by a new Company ‘B’. But even after lot of requests, my company is not giving me a revised Offer Letter of Employment mentioning Company ’B’. I still work for this same company.

My query is when I will be asked to show ‘Offer Letter of Employment’ of this same Company ‘B’ after ITA, then how will I prove that the both company ‘A’ and ‘B’ are same??
Please suggest!!

Whatever information you have to support your argument that can convince the officer should be fine. Make sure you state that in the Letter of Explaination with references.

You should be fine. There is no such format or a rule, but what matters is that you ensure that the Officer has your supportive documents and realizes your situation. You should be fine.
