Hi Team,

I am very new to this forum and I feel very helpless seeing everyone getting PR. Below is my profile snapshot:

Work exp: 10+years in IT
NOC code: 2171
Education: MBA Degree from US
IELTS: 7.5 (but got 6.5 in writing section, hence did not get 50 additional points for band 7). Not willing to retake IELTS.
CRS score: 392
Age: 34

I applied to express entry in Dec 2021 and still havent got any PNP nomination. I understand that my score is very less but I think small provinces like Saskatchewan could have invited me.

1) Do I need to apply to provinces explicitly for PNP? If so, which one?
2) Is Saskatchewan good for IT and social life?
3) Any chance of Ontario PNP with this score?

1. Yes. Select them in your EE profile.
2. What is your SINP score? You can check to see if your score and NOC have been drawn. It is a prairie province that is cold.
3. No.
