Need suggestions for Financial Plan Preparation and Sponsorship:

I have been offered admission to University of Manitoba-Fall 2015. I have the following funds available:

1. Entrance scholarship CAD 4000+ RA CAD 17,500/year for 2 year

2. I have personal savings, Hand Cash (good amount) and Gold which is showed in Tax assessment and these are tax cleared.

3. My mother have good amount of FDR in Bank, Gold and Land all of which are shown in Income Tax and Tax cleared. My mother will be sponsor of me.

4. My father in law will sponsor my wife for her TRV application from his FDR, savings in bank current account and land. All of which are tax cleared.

5. My wife also have some amount of money in her current bank account and FDR.

Q1. Can I show all these funding (Me, Wife, My Mother, My Father in Law, ) i.e. FDR, Gold, Current Bank Account, Land along with the scholarship in my financial plan?

Q2. In this case can I be a sponsor both to me and my wife? In that sponsorship affidavit letter I will show scholarship+RA+Personal fund to sponsor my wife and me.

In a nutshell for me (My mother and I will be the sponsor) and for my wife (My Father in law and I will be the sponsor).

Please do suggest me which will be a good approach for me?

Q1... Yes you can... You won't be able to divide the sponsorship like you say.. I mean alln5he money goes for both... You already have 39k from scholarship... You just next to get from your mom and dad proves of financial support as bank statements, properties and other and together with that you need for them to include a notarized letter were they commit to pay for your expenses both yours and your wife's during your stay in canada....
