Check Conestoga college, centennial college and fanhswa(spelling incorrect) college, they have good ece program like embedded system, wireless networking etc etc. I think u can also go for project management course in George Brown college but it is only of 8 months.

Bro, ur percentage is low to get admission into university.
Rest other senior members can enlighten u better
