There is really no province where PR is easy. You will need to dedicate time to researching your options. I would recommend you start by researching the Express Entry program and then look into the Provincial Nominee Programs. You can find this information here:

It is hard to answer like that. Mostly AB,MB,SK and atlantic PNP is easier compared to the rest of canada but it would vary a lot depending on your job. Iwent to NB/NS and had to come back to Ontario after 2 months living there as I could not get a job in NOC 0,A,B. Try making an express entry profile and then using job bank to find jobs. Wherever you get a job, it would be better. I know some PNP programs only require you to get a job offer so do some research on that so that you don't have to work 1 year to apply for PR. I know the Atlantic Program only required you to get a job offer to get points but that was 2017 and I am not sure of the program conditions now. Also take into consideration that you might even get a PNP nomination based on where you studied or worked.
