hello friends
i got medicals of me n my spouse only. we blessed with little baby recently.i have applied thru consultancy but they didnt intimate to CHC as i told before getting medicals.we received birth cert a bit later or now.
now they returned my medical with birth cert of child .
will CHC keep it for long time n will issue medicals after GETTING baby passport?
I m waiting for the reply.anybody or experienced plz reply

Your query is not very clear, but these are the facts:

1. If you got medicals only for yourself & spouse, you must return the same to CHC immediately & send the details of your new born with updated forms like IMM008 general & IMM5406 additional family information containing data of the infant.

2. Before giving the original Birth Certificate to CHC, pls. get the Passport made first. Without a Passport their are no medicals for any family member.

3. CHC will then take another 1-2 months for processing this additional info on your application & then re-issue medicals for all three family members together.

Please understand that your child cannot do medicals separately, all family members are issued medicals in one single request only. Only for cases where a new child is born after doing medicals for the parents will the CHC entertain a separate request for the infant medicals. However they would delay medicals for such cases where the wife is pregnant & expecting the baby soon, but this information should be disclosed by the applicant beforehand, else the Doctor will not do the medicals.

permanent residence fee

hello
now my representative ask me to deposit the right of permanent residence fee with medicals.is it right?plz help
