Need suggestion to apply for Canada PNP

Hi,
I am just new to this forum & wanted to apply for Canada PNP. So could you all help me to know what are the prerequisite needed to apply for PNP & what's the exact process.

When I checked my points to apply for Express Entry I got only 360 points so I think I would not be eligible for Express Entry.So I wanted to go through this PNP process.

So can anybody help me on this by replying back my queries.
